October 1999. Yoji Japanese Steakhouse, 4615 Gulf Blvd. # 210, St Pete

September 1999. Bombay Masala, 4023 W Waters Ave. # 1, Tampa - To be reviewed.

August 1999. Greek Village, 11125 Park Blvd. # 117, Seminole, buffet with a good variety of Greek food. This was voted the best restaurant of 1997 by our group.

July 1999. Tamarind Tree Cafe, 537 Central Ave., St Pete. They opened especially for us in the evening. The best CA style vegetarian food in Tampa Bay area. We ordered from the menu but the chef fixed some special dishes for us. The vegan mocha pie is fabulous.

June 1999. East Wind, 6139 Park Blvd., Pinellas Park, Vietnamese. Family Style meal. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Some of us couldn't stay away from the curried veggies.

May 1999. Brown Dog Cafe, 229 62nd Ave. N, St Pete, a la carte specialties with fabulous presentations. 4th Ave. and 62nd St in St Pete. Voted the Best of 1999

April 1999. Royal Palace, Dunedin, great Thai food buffet style (The Dunedin location has closed, and the owners opened a new location on South Howard in the Soho district of South Tampa.)

March 1999. Saffron's Caribbean Cuisine, 1700 Park St N, St Pete. Voted the Best of 1998.
